Have a coffee with Zoli, our CEO

The first phase of our hiring process is an informal conversation with Zoli. He tells our story, how the company was founded, and what our plans are for the future. We feel that this face-to-face meeting is a great opportunity to discuss any questions you may have. So feel free to ask anything you can think of about our processes, projects or company culture.

We invite you for a lunch

At this point, you are probably also curious about our team members and their stories. Over lunch, we will tell you about our work experiences, the projects we are currently working on, and even our hobbies. We are curious by nature and would love to hear your own stories, whether they are work related or not. Share them with us, we are very open-minded!

Have a role specific conversation with us

Our team of experts is ready to have an in-depth conversation with you, where you can tell us about your past experience, your skills, and how you solved the challenges you faced (or what you failed at) that you faced before. This part of the interview usually takes about an hour. Please be prepared for some parts (or the entire interview) to be conducted in English. This may sound a bit formal, but do not worry, it will be a relaxed and friendly conversation. We will always give you feedback so that there are no questions left unanswered at the end of this stage.
