Project introduction:

The overall objective of Bishop Co Ltd.’s project is to create a web-based platform optimized for both desktop and mobile, which provides innovative support for the sales processes of micro, small, and medium-sized companies in the IT sector. It does so by offering a collaborative interface that enables SMEs to combine and share their capacities, while also integrating individual professional and career development opportunities related to various technological domains. The planned platform can be clearly divided into two distinct modules: a sales module and a training module.

The sales module can support the acquisition of larger-scale, primarily international projects. Registered and subscribed partners in the system can team up by pooling their available human resources and, by acting jointly to demonstrate greater capacity, thus become capable of participating in larger projects. Through the use of the platform, many IT sector companies will be able to acquire new clients thanks to their expanded resource base. Sales professionals and executives will always have up-to-date visibility of the knowledge and capabilities of individuals available within the platform, allowing them to present accurate capacity and competency plans to potential clients during negotiations. The platform is not intended, nor does it provide support, for registered partners to recruit or poach users listed in the system for their own companies.

The uniqueness of the system - on which the training module is built - is that it provides automated support for employees’ career paths based on the competencies of registered users. Within this module, employees, by specifying their skills, receive recommendations to follow predefined career paths, along with continuous guidance and suggestions for developing the competencies required for those paths. This also aligns with organizational interests, as every company aims to expand the knowledge of their own teams and sustain its continuous development.
